The Hokuyo Odori Center, completed in March 2010 and opened in May of the same year, is a large-scale mixed-use complex that has become a landmark in the Odori district of Sapporo. It features the commercial facility “ODORI BISSE,” designed with the dual concepts of “Life & Business Support for Office Workers” and “Creating Urban Vitality.” The building offers comfortable, safe, and environmentally conscious spaces equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
